Training, Evaluation, Competency, and Privileging Procedure

1. Review Materials: Thoroughly study the attached presentations and training content.

2. Examination: Complete the mandatory assessment. A minimum score of 80% is required to pass.

3. Certification: Upon successful completion of the examination, a training certificate along with an official transcript will be issued. Please note the validity period for your records.

4. Competency Evaluation: Proceed to the competency assessment phase. Evaluations must be conducted by authorized personnel; a list of approved evaluators can be obtained from the respective department.

5. Clinical Privileges: The granting of clinical privileges will be directly determined by the outcome of the competency evaluation.
