1. Parents and performers please arrive by the "doors open" time so we can get everyone seated in the auditorium and start the show on time.
2. All spectators will require a ticket. Billy Clower Performers do not need a ticket to get in.
3. Once inside, seating is on a first come first served basis. Your performer will sit WITH YOU during the show.
4. Each class will be called over the PA system to the left side of the stage 3 numbers before their turn to go on stage. When called, have one adult escort the performer to the left side of the stage to meet their class and a Billy Clower staff member. The staff member will take the performers backstage and the adult will return to their seat to watch.
5. Parents are NOT allowed backstage.
6.  After the class performs, please have one adult return to the left side of the stage to pick up the performer as they are brought out by a Billy Clower staff member. After they perform, they can go back and sit with you in the audience or go home with you at that time.
7. We will have the donated holiday treats along with lemonade set up outside of the auditorium for all to enjoy as you leave the Holiday Hoedown. There is no charge for the refreshments.

Wardrobe Changes For Performers In More Than One Routine

Female Performers in multiple routines - Parents keep wardrobe changes with you in the audience. After their performance a female parent/guardian will bring the wardrobe change to meet the performer at the left side of the stage. One female parent/guardian will accompany the female performer out the side exterior door and into the Little Theatre to change. Once dressed, return inside the auditorium through the side exterior door with your performer to your seats.  If you do not have a female family member to help your child change, let us know, and we can make arrangements for you. 

Male Performers in multiple routines - Parents keep wardrobe changes with you in the audience. After their performance you will bring the wardrobe change to meet the performer at the left side of the stage. One adult helper will accompany the male performer out the side exterior door and into one of the changing tents. Once dressed, return inside the auditorium through the side exterior door with your performer to your seats.
