We are so excited for our upcoming student performance, The Annual Billy Clower Holiday Hoedown! This is a great opportunity for our students to get on stage, show family and friends how much they have learned and for us all to celebrate together as a studio family!
We try to make the Holiday Hoedown affordable and as easy as possible during this busy time.

The studio does not require full dance costumes for this show. Our instructors choose basic items you might have at home or that you can get at our in studio Boutique, the thrift store, Target, or Amazon...
There are no rehearsals for the Holiday Hoedown. You show up, everyone sits in the audience and we perform class by class, calling performers up from the audience as we go.
There are no assigned seats, tickets are $13 for adults (14+ years) and $8 for kids! Performers do not need a ticket.

It will be held at the Buena High School Auditorium.
Parking: Free in the Buena parking lot or on the street.

Performers should arrive wearing the wardrobe designated for your (first) routine.
4:50pm: Doors open to the auditorium for SHOW 1. Open seating. Performers will sit WITH THEIR PARENTS in the audience and will be called to the left side of the stage 3 numbers before their class goes on stage.
5:15pm: Show 1 Begins
6:30pm: Doors open to the auditorium for SHOW 2. Open seating. Performers will sit WITH THEIR PARENTS in the audience and will be called to the left side of the stage 3 numbers before their class goes on stage.
7:00pm: Show 2 Begins

A small disposable plate of holiday treats to share with Billy Clower families and friends. This is optional :) Please only bring finger food treats that do not need any utensils. (Brownies, cookies, rice crispy treats, cupcakes, dipped pretzels...)

"Dress Rehearsal" Information
We do our "dress rehearsal/wardrobe check" during the last class before the Hoedown. This will allow the instructors to make sure everyone has what they need, and that their wardrobe is safe to perform in. Please have your performer wear their Holiday Hoedown wardrobe to their class(es) the week before the show, Friday, December 13th - Thursday, December 19st.
