ESC - Development of a Comprehension School Counselor Program
Every week I seek out students who are doing the right thing in school. Success is different for every kid. Some students may struggle to meet our high expectations as educators and administrators whereas other student may thrive in this type of environment. No matter where they are, we must meet them and move them along. Sometimes a little reward system helps. It just happens I like drawing superheroes and our students seem to appreciate it! Those students that "#getcaughtdoingright receive a hand-drawn superhero with an inspirational quote at the bottom and autograph from myself (or the superhero).
