In 2023, Age UK launched a Dementia Support Group in Bishop’s Castle at Grange Road Community Centre.  It meets on the last Tuesday of the month at 2pm - 4pm. 

Age UK Dementia Support Groups support people with dementia and memory difficulties, their families, carers and friends, providing emotional support and information in a safe and welcoming environment.

It costs £14 for two people - the person living with dementia and their carer. This includes activities and light refreshments.
