બી એન્ડ બી ઈન્સ્ટિટ્યૂટ ઑફ ટેકનોલોજી (BBIT), વલ્લભ વિદ્યાનગર, જી. આણંદ (ગુજરાત) માં ડિપ્લોમા મિકેનિકલ એન્જિનિયરિંગ (GIA-ગ્રાન્ટ ઈન એઈડ) અભ્યાસક્રમમાં પ્રવેશ મેળવવા બદલ આપસૌને ખુબ ખુબ અભિનંદન.
અમે તમને શ્રેષ્ઠ સેવાઓ પ્રદાન કરવા અને તમારા ભાવિને ઉજ્જવળ બનાવવા માટે અવિરતપણે કામ કરી રહ્યા છીએ, તે માટે અમને તમારા અમૂલ્ય સહકારની જરૂર છે. તમને આ સંસ્થાની શ્રેષ્ઠ સેવાઓ પ્રદાન કરવા તેમજ તમારા ભવિષ્યને ઉજ્જવળ બનાવવામાં તમારી સહાય કરવા માટે, તમારા તરફથી ખૂબ જ મહત્વપૂર્ણ (important) અને નવીનતમ (latest) ડાટા (data) અને માહિતી (information) ને એકત્રિત કરવા માટે અમે આ ગુગલ ફોર્મ (Google form) ની રચના કરી છે.
આથી, બીબીઆઈટી (BBIT), વલ્લભ વિદ્યાનગરના ડિપ્લોમા મિકેનિકલ એન્જિનિયરિંગ (GIA-ગ્રાન્ટ ઈન એઈડ) માં હાલમાં અભ્યાસ કરતા અથવા અગાઉ અભ્યાસ પૂર્ણ કરી ચૂકેલા તમામ વિદ્યાર્થીઓને આ ગુગલ ફોર્મ (Google Form) દ્વારા માંગવામાં આવેલી તમામ વિગતો સબમિટ (submit) કરવા માટે અને, જ્યારે જરૂરી હોય ત્યારે તે વિગતોને અપડેટ (update) કરતા રહેવા માટે વિનંતી પૂર્વક જણાવવામાં આવે છે. કૃપા કરીને દરેક વિદ્યાર્થીએ અચૂક પણે દરેક સેમેસ્ટરને લગતી બધી જ વિગતોને બહુજ ચોક્સાઈ પૂર્વક વખતો વખત અપડેટ (update) કરતી રહેવી અત્યંત આવશ્યક છે.
કૃપા કરીને એક અતિ મહત્વપૂર્ણ બાબતની નોંધ લેશો કે, આ ગુગલ ફોર્મ (Google form) માં ભરવામાં આવેલ દરેક વિગતો ફેરફારને યોગ્ય (editable) છે.
જ્યારે તમે પ્રથમવાર તમારો પ્રતિસાદ (response) સબમિટ (submit) કરો છો, ત્યારે તમને ગૂગલ તરફથી એક ઈમેઇલ મળશે. તમે તે જ ઈમેઈલ માં જઈને "Edit Response" બટન પર ક્લિક કરીને તમારા પ્રતિસાદ (response) ને જોઈએ તેટલી વખત "edit" કરી શકો છો. માટે કૃપા કરીને એક જ ઈમેઈલ આઈડી (Email id) નો ઉપયોગ કરીને બહુવિધ (multiple) નવા પ્રતિસાદ (new response) સબમિટ (submit) કરશો નહીં.
આ બાબતને લગતી કોઈપણ મૂંઝવણ કે વધુ માહિતી માટે, મહેરબાની કરીને નીચે આપેલા સરનામાં પર વિભાગના વડાશ્રીનો સંપર્ક કરવો.

We have designed this Google Form to collect very important and latest data & information from you, to provide you the best services of the institution and help you to make your future bright.
As such, all students who are currently studying or have already completed their studies of Diploma Mechanical Engineering (GIA) at BBIT, Vallabh Vidyanagar are humbly requested to kindly submit all the details requested by this Google Form and keep these details updated as and when necessary. Please, it is extremely important that each student must keep on updating exact details of each semester from time to time.
Please note one of the most important thing that, every detail filled out in this Google form is editable.
The first time you submit a response, you will receive an email from Google. You can edit your response as many times as you like by going to the same email and clicking on the "Edit Response" button. So please do not submit multiple new responses using the same email id.
