Big Futures is uniquely designed to help Littles prepare and thrive throughout young adulthood. By staying alongside our young people throughout their adolescence and emerging adulthood until age 26, we provide the support, connections, experiences, and opportunities that our young people need to thrive.
So whether Littles are interested in pursuing education, employment, or enlistment (or all three!) after they graduate, Big Futures is here for them (and for you!) every step of the way.

Which test is right for me?
It’s important to know what options exist and depending on the college you wish to attend, there may be additional testing requirements. Here's a list of common testing options:
The American College Testing (ACT) measures skills in the following areas: English, Math, Reading, Science, Writing.
The ACT is typically taken by those who plan to apply to 4-year colleges and universities.
The Scholastic Assessment Test (SAT) measures skills in the following areas: Math, Reading, Writing & Language, Essay Writing.

Antonisha brings both energy and heart to her role as Program Specialist. She studied Interdisciplinary Studies at the University of Hartford before wrapping up at Southern University, a proud HBCU. With over 10 years of experience in the nonprofit field, Antonisha is passionate about creating opportunities and support systems that empower young people to thrive, especially those who may face challenges like ones she experienced growing up. Her background in sociology and psychology helps her build strong, meaningful connections that foster growth and confidence in the youth and young adults she works with.
When she’s not supporting the Post-Secondary/18+ BF Cohort, you can usually find Antonisha exploring her love for film and television acting, traveling to new places, or enjoying time with her fiancé and their dog. She’s always on the go, but never too busy to share a laugh or lend a hand.

Lauren brings extensive experience in youth development, education, and family support. Prior to joining the Big Futures Team, she has worked closely with young refugees, immigrants, and children with special needs, helping families navigate school systems, coordinating mentoring and tutoring programs, and creating leadership workshops.
Lauren is passionate about building inclusive, youth-centered programing that empowers participants in the Big Futures Program to thrive.
