Bayshores has 112 units, however only about 30 units are for rent (by individual owners). At each time of the year, maybe only 1 to 3 units are available for rent.
Units xx4 and x13 are 1 bedroom/ 1 bath. Other units are 2 bedrooms/ 2 baths.
Corner units (x01, x08, and x17): 2 bedrooms are next to each other (suitable for infants/toddlers to be near parents). Other units - the 2 bedrooms are very far apart from each other, which are ideal for grownups.
Penthouse (8th floor) units are 3 bedrooms/ 2 to 3 baths.
Some condo units are remodeled where kitchen wall was removed to have a large opening from front door to back balcony.
