Leadership academy

Calling all seniors graduating in 2022! Leadership Academy is a hands-on crash course in leadership, entrepreneurship, and real-life business experience – all while being paid a salary. Recent college grads are hired on as Business Associates and are immersed in multiple service companies at the forefront of their industries and directly mentored by the people who lead them. A role with Leadership Academy positions individuals to become a future business leader in one of our partnering companies or beyond.

Included in the program:

Real-world work experience in our partnering companies, seeing how business operations run from bottom to top
Mentorship from company executives and leaders
A rigorous study program including 30+ leadership and business books and resources with guided discussions
Over 100 hours of lessons in business and leadership

amazon- area manager internship

As an area manager intern, you will have the opportunity to learn how to coach and develop a team of Amazon associates in a distribution warehouse environment. Your main focus will be learning to motivate, mentor, and manage a team, as well as developing a summer project in partnership with your site leadership. As a people manager, you will ensure that the team of Amazon associates have all the tools needed to succeed for any task during a shift.

This will be a ten-week internship (40 hours per week) during the summer of 2022.
