Leadership academy

Calling all seniors graduating in 2022! Leadership Academy is a hands-on crash course in leadership, entrepreneurship, and real-life business experience – all while being paid a salary. Recent college grads are hired on as Business Associates and are immersed in multiple service companies at the forefront of their industries and directly mentored by the people who lead them. A role with Leadership Academy positions individuals to become a future business leader in one of our partnering companies or beyond.

Included in the program:

• Real-world work experience in our partnering companies, seeing how business operations run from bottom to top

Special Agent- ATF

While this is a law enforcement career, they do not require that the candidate have a criminal justice degree. Furthermore, candidates are eligible to apply within 9 months of graduation, which allows them to start the multi-step process while finishing their bachelor’s degree. Their next job announcement is anticipated sometime from August – October. If you are scheduled to graduate in December 2021 or May 2022, you would be eligible to apply*.
