Okay (Name), we’re going to start by making your wish list. These aren’t necessarily things you are going to buy today, but as your rep I’ll be able to keep track of what you like for future reference.
Basically, as we go through here, if Cutco were FREE, let me know what would you add to your set?! Also, of course the more you buy the more you save so don't be afraid of adding something because it may end up coming for free on your order anyway.

Table Knives & Steak Knives
Do you ever host holidays or have company over the house?
A lot of customers quickly realize after they get their Cutco that their table knives and steak knives are always in the dishwasher because they're used so often.
It's very common for people to add an extra 6, 8, or 12 to their order and keep their extras either in a block, a tray, or just stored in the drawer. That way when company comes over you're not choosing who gets the good knives around the table and who's left with the old ones.

Wine Opener
Our Wine Opener has a nonstick coating for easy cork removal and a bottle opener on the side. It can stand upright on the counter without rolling or tipping. It's a great gift for somebody that loves wine but would never treat themselves to a high-quality opener.
Can Opener
The Can Opener was in development for over a decade because it has moving parts. The blade is made with the same metal as our knives, it crimps the edge so it's not sharp, and goes all the way around without skipping with its super smooth wheel action. It also has a strong magnet that picks up the lid after removing it so it doesn't fall into the can.
Our gadgets are some of our most popular items because many people have 2 or 3 already and want to just replace them once with Cutco and never have to buy them again! Non-Stick Cheese Knives
We have a few different style Non-Stick Knives in addition to the one that comes in that Entertainer Pack... and they all have a micro-DD edge. They're great for all different types of cheese of course, but also for tomatoes, lemons, limes, apples, and cutting raw potatoes for hash browns or homemade french fries.
The 4 styles are:
Soft-Grip Cheese Knife: This is the one from the Entertainer Pack.
Traditional Cheese Knife: Same blade, but with a full tang triple-rivet handle to match your knives.
Mini Cheese Knife: A smaller version of the traditional - great for cheese platters when entertaining guests. The rounded tip is great for spreading soft cheeses like brie.
Santoku-Style Cheese Knife: A similar size to the Mini-Cheese Knife, the point is great for lifting hard cheeses like cheddar and gouda.

Flatware

Over the years the company started selling more and more package deals of knives and cookware together with big discounts. So if you're interested in both a set of knives and a set of cookware, how it works is you just pick Small/Medium/Large knives and then Small/Medium/Large cookware... and then based on what combo you want, I can give you a bunch of items for free.

Sporting Knives
You've seen what the Double-D edge does on leather, just imagine what it does out in the wild! We have some really great hunting and sporting knives, and the prices on these are lower than you'd probably expect for super high-end outdoor knives.

Garden Tools
These are the only garden tools on the market that are guaranteed forever.
Rated by Home & Garden Industry as #1 trusted garden tools. Holds 300 pounds of torque pressure without bending or breaking. Yellow makes them easy to find in messy soil (or in the dark). Steel goes all the way to the bottoms of the handles. You can drive over them with a car and they won’t break - not recommended for the car of course :-)

Mrs. _______, since you already own Cutco it doesn’t make sense to buy a full set. Most Cutco owners either upgrade to their favorite set or pick out a few pieces to supplement what they already own. Either way, if you decide to add more Cutco to your collection, I’ll be able to give you the best deal possible...
