The document outlining the Campaign's full detailed structure and rules can be found here:
MISSION RULES
The campaign will be using missions from the official Chapter Approved Tournament Companion which outlines Primary missions, deployments and recommended (but not mandatory) Terrain layouts. The site Wahapedia has the latest Chapter Approved Mission Deck 2025-26 rules, which provides the detailed information for the missions and secondaries.
ARMY LISTS
Armies must be 2,000 points and built using either the official WH40k App or the free website, New Recruit, to ensure that everyone’s lists are legal. If there is a discrepancy between the apps and an official publication, the correct rule in your Codex, Dataslate, Errata, or other official Games Workshop publication takes precedence.
RECORDING GAMES
We STRONGLY recommend that both players use the free Tabletop Battles app to keep score. This app is a useful tool for tracking primary and secondary objectives, mission selection, recommended terrain layout, and Command Points (CP). It can even remind you to take pictures of your game! Both players should save a screenshot of the final score in case the league’s data storage servitor gets corrupted again by another download from SlaaneshDemonettes.com.
NOTE: When calculating victory points, DO NOT include the 10 victory points for armies being battle ready or not. We want to encourage people to play their games and do not feel people should be punished for something that does not have to do with play.
After you finish your game, each player must fill out the form on the SUBMIT RESULTS page. We recommend doing this immediately after your game concludes. This form is where you will record the winner, the final score, whether the armies were painted, and rate your opponent’s sportsmanship. The game will not be logged in the database until both players have submitted their results.
You can submit your game results HERE.
Once you have submitted your results, we highly encourage you to submit a mini battle report for use in our "Frontline Reports," which are shared every round. Feel free to write as much or as little as you want, and submitting pictures is highly encouraged. These are not mandatory, but they add a lot of fun and flavor to the campaign. We hope you are able to submit some battle reports when you can.
