BatteryAlarm Pro ("the App") is developed as a premium battery intelligence utility. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information in compliance with global privacy standards and Google Play Store requirements.

1. Information Collection and Use

We prioritize a "Privacy by Physics" approach. We do not collect Personal Identification Information (PII) such as your name, email address, or phone number.

• Local Processing (Default): Core features, including battery monitoring, alarms, and local ML analysis (TFLite), process all data 100% on-device. This data never leaves your device.

• Anonymized Telemetry (Pro Features): To provide advanced diagnostics via our Neural Cloud Engine, the App may transmit anonymized hardware metrics (voltage, amperage, temperature, cycle count) to our secure servers. This data is stripped of device identifiers and cannot be linked back to an individual user.

• Transaction Data: Since we use Google Play Billing for subscriptions, Google collects certain information related to your purchase history. We do not have access to your credit card details or full financial profile.

2. Third-Party Services

To ensure functionality, we integrate the following services:

• Google Play Services / Billing: For secure subscription management and app updates.

• Cloud Engine Proxy: A secure, region-locked endpoint used for anonymized AI diagnostics. We do not use third-party analytics (like Firebase Analytics) or advertising SDKs.

3. Permissions

The App requests the following permissions to fulfill its technical mission:

• Notifications: To trigger critical battery alerts.

• Battery Optimization & Foreground Service: To ensure continuous monitoring as required by Android 15+ standards.

• Storage/Media: To allow users to select custom alert sounds from local storage.

• Shizuku/System Privileges (Optional): Used exclusively for the "Deep Hibernation" and "Eco Resolution" features to manage background processes. These privileges are never used to access personal files or messages.

• Location (On-Demand): Used locally to help you find nearby official repair centers. We do not track or store your location history.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard encryption for data in transit (TLS 1.3) when communicating with our AI Cloud. Our architecture is designed to minimize data footprint, ensuring your "battery life story" remains private.

Data Collection for AI Telemetry & Hardware Diagnostics Battery Alarm Pro ("Obsidian Prime") utilizes a Cloud Neural Engine to predict battery degradation and generate hardware improvement reports. To power this AI model, we collect anonymous, non-sensitive physical metrics from your device.

What we collect:

• Device Brand and Model

• Android Version

• Battery Technology type

• Physical battery state (Average Temperature, Voltage in mV, Battery Percentage, and Charging Status)

• Charge Cycle Count (if supported by your hardware)

What we DO NOT collect: We do NOT collect any Personally Identifiable Information (PII). We do not collect your Name, Email, IP Address, IMEI, MAC Address, Advertising ID, or Location. All hardware telemetry is strictly anonymized at the source and cannot be traced back to an individual user. This data is solely used to train our battery degradation models and improve the diagnostic accuracy of the application for all users.

5. Children’s Privacy

BatteryAlarm Pro does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. Our utility is safe for all users as it focuses on hardware physics rather than social or behavioral tracking.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy to reflect new Android security standards. Significant changes will be noted within the App's "Privacy Lab" section.
