END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By installing or using Battery Alarm Pro (the "Application"), you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement (the "Protocol"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Application.

2. SCOPE OF LICENSE

The Developer grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use Battery Alarm Pro on authorized Android devices solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

3. THE OBSIDIAN PROTOCOL: HIGH-RISK DISCLOSURES

Battery Alarm Pro includes advanced system utilities that interact with your hardware at a low level. By using these features, you acknowledge and accept the following:

• Deep System Modifications: Features such as "Eco Resolution" and "Deep Hibernation" utilize Shizuku or Root access to modify system parameters (DPI, refresh rates, background process states). While designed for efficiency, these modifications may cause temporary UI glitches or unexpected behavior on certain OEM distributions.

• Thermal Stress Lab: The Application includes a "Thermal Stress" diagnostic tool. This feature intentionally simulates high-workload scenarios to calibrate battery thermal response. Caution: Prolonged use of stress testing can lead to temporary device heating. You are responsible for monitoring your device during these sessions.

• AI Diagnostics (Neural Engine): Battery health (SoH) predictions and repair recommendations are generated by local (TFLite) and cloud-based AI models. These are estimates based on physical telemetry and should not be treated as a substitute for professional hardware certification.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VOTRA LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF THIS APPLICATION, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Hardware degradation or battery swelling.

• Loss of data or system stability issues.

• Voiding of manufacturer warranties due to the use of Root or Shizuku-based modifications.

YOU USE ALL ADVANCED OPTIMIZATION PROTOCOLS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

5. PREMIUM SERVICES (OBSIDIAN PRO)

Certain features (Neural Cloud Engine, Deep Hibernation) require an active "Obsidian Pro" subscription or one-time purchase. Subscriptions are managed via Google Play Billing and are subject to Google’s refund policies.

6. PRIVACY & DATA

Battery Alarm Pro is designed with a "Local-First" philosophy. Personal identification information is never collected. Anonymous battery telemetry is processed solely for diagnostic purposes. For full details, refer to our Privacy Policy.
AI Intelligence, Telemetry & Reporting By using the "AI Diagnostic Lab" and associated cloud features, you consent to the secure transmission of your device's physical hardware metrics (Voltage, Temperature, Cycle Count, Battery Percentage, and Device Model) to our secure servers. This data is fully anonymized and processed by our Neural Cloud Engine to generate personalized battery improvement reports and predict degradation curves. You acknowledge that this telemetry data is required for the cloud-based AI functionality to operate. If you do not wish to share anonymous physical metrics, you must refrain from using the AI diagnostic features, though core local alarms will continue to function.

7. PROHIBITED USES

You may not:

• Decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive the source code of the Application.

• Use the Application to circumvent digital rights management or security protocols.

8. TERMINATION

This Protocol is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms.
