The Omnibus Guidelines on the Regulation of Operations of Parent-Teacher Associations (PTAs) establishes guidelines and requirements for the formation, management, and conduct of PTAs in Philippine schools and educational institutions. These rules are intended to encourage openness, responsibility, and the wise use of finances in the events and initiatives planned by PTAs in coordination with school authorities. The rules address a variety of topics, including membership, elections, financial administration, and reporting for PTAs. PTAs are intended to promote education quality and the welfare of students, staff, and the school community as a whole via the implementation of these rules.
