  • A ONE-OFF, 60-90 min video call consultation (Zoom, Skype, WhatsApp call). Everything you need in one consultation.

  • This is for anyone who wants a personalized one-off strategy put in place so you can act on yourself straight away.

  • A follow up consult after 6 weeks of receiving your plan for a touch of accountability, to discuss progress and get any other questions or issues answered (optional).

  • Detailed feedback notes & recommendations sent to you via Google folder so you have immediate ease of access.

  • Current nutritional habits & lifestyle assessed with a 3-day food diary (optional).

  • Strategies/methods discussed to suit your lifestyle and preferences.

  • Given a free 6 week daily spreadsheet to track data yourself (weight, hunger levels, small info on what you did that day etc...) to see certain trends/habits so you can act on to change if needed.

  • You will receive your feedback notes & POA within 7 days.

  • £100 one-off payment.

Tier-1 Monthly Nutrition Support

  • A 60 - 90 minute initial video call consultation (Zoom, Skype, WhatsApp call). Strategies/methods will be discussed to suit your lifestyle and preferences.

  • Contact me anytime via e-mail support.

  • Weekly check-ins via online Google form with video feedback from me.

  • Basic nutrition starter e-book guide where everything we chatted about from our consultation will be in it plus your plan of action, recommendations, etc.

  • The more data I have of you, the more I can recommend changes to suit your lifestyle and goals, so, you get access to a daily tracking spreadsheet to track certain data measurements (weight, energy levels, sleep hygiene, relevant day to day info etc...) to see certain trends/habits so we can, together, change things if needed.

  • Access to a flexible online meal builder excel spreadsheet that will be provided to you with an example day to plan out your days meals & snacks etc.

  • A live video call every 4 weeks to discuss progress and answer any questions or concerns.

  • £75 a month

Reminder:

  • You won't be receiving a set meal plan from me on what to eat etc. (can show you an example day or provide flexible meal options). You need to be willing to learn and commit to changing certain lifestyle factors/habits that are potentially holding you back from progressing.

  • Minimum commitment of 8 weeks. On average you wont see (if fat loss is the goal) significant change for at least 8 - 12 weeks. If you are in the mindset of not wanting to go that long then just don't sign up with me. Of course, this does depend on your goal and circumstance.

Tier-2 Monthly Nutrition Support

Everything from Tier-1 PLUS...

  • Detailed nutrition starter e-book guide where everything we chatted about from our consultation will be in it plus your plan of action, recommendations, what to work on, etc.

  • A video introduction resource to help navigate you around the setup between me and you.

  • More personal and accountable. Weekly check-ins via VIDEO format (can use the online form for weekly check-ins if video format does not suit you).

  • A live video call every week on top of your check-ins for extra support and accountability.

  • Free eating out e-book guides to help you fit in meals/snacks from your favourite cafes and popular food chains such as Nando's, Pizza Express, Dominos, Greggs, Caffee Nero, etc.

  • Multiple cooking recipe e-books (30 recipes in each) in your folder that have all of the nutritional info and cooking instructions in it, and a barcode for each recipe to scan it for easy tracking usage if you are using the calorie tracking app Myfitnesspal

  • WhatsApp messaging for questions and support (plus e-mail as well).

  • £125 a month
