Terms and Conditions – Bass Equalizer

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") before using the Bass Equalizer app ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

MD Developer Studio grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App on Android devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use.

You agree not to:

- Copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute the App or any part of it

- Remove or hide the App's ads, or interfere with how they work, other than through the options the App provides

- Use the App for any unlawful purpose

2. Hearing and device safety

The App can boost bass and volume beyond your device's normal levels.

- Listening at high volume for long periods can permanently damage your hearing. Keep the volume at a comfortable level and take regular breaks.

- High bass and volume boost can distort sound or damage speakers and headphones. Increase levels gradually.

- The hearing test in the App is for sound personalisation only. It is not a medical test and does not replace a check by a hearing professional.

You use these features at your own risk. MD Developer Studio is not responsible for any damage to your hearing, device, speakers or headphones.

3. Compatibility

Sound effects depend on your device, Android version and the music app you use. Some devices or apps may block or limit equalizer effects. We do not guarantee that every feature will work on every device.

4. Ads

The free version of the App is supported by ads provided by Google AdMob, including banner, native, interstitial and rewarded ads. Ads are provided by third parties, and we are not responsible for their content or for any products or services they promote. Please see our Privacy Policy for how ad partners use data.

5. Ad-free time from rewarded videos

You can choose to watch rewarded video ads to turn off ads in the App for a limited time (currently 3 videos for 12 hours). A reward is given only when a video is watched to the end. Rewarded videos depend on availability from our ad partner and may not always be available. The ad-free time has no cash value, cannot be transferred, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

6. Premium purchase

- Premium is a one-time, in-app purchase made through Google Play. It is not a subscription.

- Premium removes ads and unlocks extra looks, such as extra colour themes, AMOLED black theme and extra spectrum styles. All sound features remain available in the free version.

- Prices are shown in the App before you buy and may vary by country.

- Payments, refunds and billing questions are handled by Google Play under Google Play's terms and refund policy.

- Premium is linked to your Google account and can be restored on other devices signed in with the same account using "Restore purchase".

- If a purchase is refunded or cancelled, Premium features may be removed.

7. Your content

Presets you create, share or export belong to you. When you share a preset (for example, as a link or QR code), you are responsible for where you share it.

8. Third-party services

The App uses services from Google, including AdMob, Firebase and Google Play. Your use of these services is also subject to Google's terms: https://policies.google.com/terms

9. Intellectual property

The App, including its design, graphics, code and name, is owned by MD Developer Studio and is protected by copyright and other laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.

10. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every device.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MD Developer Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, hearing damage, or damage to devices, speakers or headphones arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid for Premium, if any.

12. Updates and changes

We may update the App, add or remove features, or stop offering the App at any time. We may also update these Terms. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or end your access to the App if you break these Terms. You can stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat, India.
