Basli uses location information to help customers find nearby service providers, help service providers discover nearby requests, show maps, estimate routes, and support confirmed jobs. Your exact address or live location may be limited to relevant task participants when needed for a confirmed service.
3. Photos and Uploaded Content
You may upload profile photos, task photos, service post photos, chat attachments, and other content. These uploads are used to provide app features, support bookings, improve trust and safety, and help users understand service requests or provider profiles.
4. Messages and Communications
Basli may process in-app messages, notifications, support messages, and related metadata so users can communicate, receive updates, and resolve issues.
5. Payments
Basli may use third-party payment processors to support payments, refunds, payouts, and provider onboarding. Basli does not store full payment card numbers. Payment providers may process payment and identity information according to their own privacy policies.
6. Device and Usage Information
We may collect technical information such as device type, app version, operating system, language, crash logs, diagnostics, notification tokens, and usage activity. This helps us operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve Basli.
