Fortran Simulation Codes

  1. Monte Carlo simulation in light scattering (unpolarized and polarized) with the ability to input "true" scattering phase function;
  2. Monte Carlo simulation in phonon transport with polarization information and external heat generation;
  3. Monte Carlo simulation in electronic thermal transport (under-developing);
  4. Monte Carlo simulation in electron-beam transport based on Rutherford or Mott scattering model and Bethe attenuation or Penn's model;
  5. Two-temperature model with external heat source;
  6. Electron-phonon hydrodynamic simulation using finite-difference method with external heat source.

Currently Developing

  1. Electron transport at nanoscale including con-current electrical and thermal behavior;
  2. Phonon transport for different geometries;
  3. Electron-phonon Monte Carlo simulation for nanoscale heat conduction.
