Favorite part of the trip: Going on the Walking Club walk with the residents through downtown Des Moines. A close second was organizing and restocking the Food Pantry at the YMCA Supportive Housing Campus.

Favorite part of the trip: When Brooke Heldt, the YMCA Supportive Housing Campus's Community Engagement Director, took the time to stop by our Airbnb and have an insightful conversation with us about both the YMCA Campus and how we could make change at our university.
