My passion for fitness began at the age of 10 when I started competing in sports such as soccer, cricket, and athletics. At age 16, I received coaching at the Australian Institute of Sport and became a globally-ranked high jumper. Unfortunately, this success was short-lived due to a knee injury. At the age of 18, I started going to the gym consistently and became a personal trainer in 2020. In 2021, I began Online Coaching with the goal of helping people reach their health and fitness goals. I'm obsessed with the science behind muscle gain and fat loss and am constantly reading the latest research in this field.
