My e-portfolio has improved my personality, resulted to personal growth and gave me a good

direction to follow in my studies and personal life. In the process of breaking down my e-

 portfolio I have learned a lot of things about myself and where I want to be in life, which I

may call self-discovery. I had too firstly start with defining my goals using the SMART method and draft an action plan. Finally, I

would say that drafting your portfolio is important because you discover many things about

your personality, goals, direction in life and what is keeping you from improving in your

current position, and how you can improve.
