Character Dance:

Style of ballet with inspiration from folk dances using artistic dance choreography to interpret and represent a story or passion. Very expressive.

Barre Fitness:

I call it 'Barre Fitness' because we teach with the same concept of Ballet Vagnova training. We focus on full body motion to encourage strength, core movements, healthy fitness, bone health and improve mental concentration. The combination of fit techniques and postures are inspired by the Vaganova method to improve concentration and trigger weight loss reduction. The full movement and extension of body create an holistic approach to dance and dance fitness lessons.
