Barkley Neighborhood Association Community Issues Form

This is a form for residents of the Barkley Neighborhood in Bellingham to reach out to the association with issues in our neighborhood. These include issues that you would want brought to the attention of the leadership of the community association or even brought directly to the Mayor in a Mayor's Neighbor Association Commission Meeting that are held monthly.
