MEDIUM

All artwork is hand-painted using professional-quality acrylic paints on canvas unless otherwise specified.

PRICING & PAYMENT

The cost of each commission is determined by the size of the painting and the amount of detail involved.

Accepted payment methods:

Venmo, Zelle, Paypal, Cashapp, Apple Pay.

To reserve your commission, a 50% deposit of the total project cost is required before work begins. The remaining balance will be due once the painting is completed and approved.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be calculated separately based on the size, weight, and destination of the artwork.

Free local pickup is available.

Local delivery may also be available for an additional fee. Delivery charges will be determined based on location and distance traveled.

Due to the custom nature of original and commissioned artwork, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once a commission has been accepted.

TURNAROUND TIME

Timeline depends on the size and detail of the painting. Because I often work on multiple commissions at one time, turnaround can vary from a few days to a few months.

An estimated timeline will be discussed before work begins and updates will be provided throughout the process.

THE COMMISSION PROCESS

1. Contact me with your idea and reference photos.

2. We will discuss size, composition, pricing, and timeline.

3. Once approved and the deposit is received, your custom painting will be carefully created by hand.

4. Upon completion, your artwork will be ready for pickup, delivery, or shipping once the remaining balance has been paid.

LOCATION

Based in Southeast Florida.

Free local pickup is available. Local delivery may be available for an additional fee depending on location and distance. Shipping is available throughout the United States at the customer's expense.

Payment & Pickup/Shipping Policy

Once your commission artwork is complete, you will be notified and the remaining balance, along with any applicable shipping or delivery costs will be due.

Final payment and shipping or delivery arrangements must be completed within 30 calendar days of the completion notice, a courtesy reminder will be provided prior to the deadline.

If payment and/or required shipping or delivery costs are not received within 30 days, the commission may be considered abandoned and the order will be canceled. Barger Customs reserves the right to retain the deposit to the extent permitted by applicable law to cover materials, labor, time, and other costs associated with the commission.

Once a commission is considered abandoned due to nonpayment, Barger Customs retains possession of the artwork and reserves the right to sell, display, modify, or otherwise dispose of the artwork at its discretion.

By submitting a commission deposit, the client acknowledges, and agrees to these terms.

What information should I provide when requesting a commission?

Please include reference photos, desired canvas size, subject matter, and any specific details you would like incorporated into the artwork.

How long does a commission take?

Completion times vary depending on size, detail, and current commission availability. Turnaround times can range from a few days to several months.

Can you work from multiple reference photos?

Absolutely. Multiple reference photos are often helpful in creating the best possible composition.

Can I request a different size?

Possibly. Additional canvas sizes may be available depending on supplier availability. If you have a specific size in mind, please contact me and I will do my best to accommodate your request.

Do you offer shipping?

Yes. Shipping is available throughout the United States. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be added to the final invoice.

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes. Free local pickup is available in Southeast Florida.

Do you offer delivery?

Local delivery may be available for an additional fee depending on location and distance traveled.

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the custom nature of original and commissioned artwork, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued.

Can I request changes during the painting process?

Minor adjustments may be discussed during the painting process. Significant changes requested after work has begun may result in additional charges.
