Hi, my name is Ryan Bardack, and I am a graduate of Texas Tech University – Rawls College of Business with a Bachelor of Business Administration. I currently serve as a Corporate Development Administrator at AFC, an outsourcing services firm in Costa Rica, where I lead initiatives that foster innovation, streamline workflows, and strengthen corporate strategy. Beyond my professional role, I am passionate about continuous learning, organizational development, and creating meaningful impact through corporate social responsibility. My goal is to bridge business strategy with innovation, driving sustainable growth while building strong, people-centered organizations.
I believe in embracing every opportunity that comes my way, which is why I have actively pursued internships, volunteer work, and international experiences to broaden my perspective. Having lived and worked in Costa Rica, North America, and Israel, I have strengthened my ability to excel in multicultural environments while deepening my understanding of diverse cultures and global geopolitics.
