Research

My research interests focus on commutative algebra and numerical algebraic geometry with computational aspects. In particular I am interested in both theory and applications of:

Gröbner bases and Khovanskii/Sagbi bases
Symbolic and numerical methods to solve polynomial systems (Macaulay matrices, homotopy continuation...)
Degenerations of varieties
F-singularities of positive characteristic rings
