By installing or using Barang Gudang ("the Application"), you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Purpose
The Application helps authorized staff manage inventory: item records, incoming and outgoing stock, barcode and QR code scanning, item photos and official inventory documents. Use it only for lawful purposes and in line with your organization's rules.
2. Accounts and access
You sign in with a Google account or an email address. Access to inventory data is granted only after an administrator approves your request, and is limited to the role and sector assigned to you. Keep your sign-in credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account. Administrators may change or revoke access at any time.
3. Your data and records
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter. Transaction records cannot be deleted once saved; corrections are made by recording a new, reversing transaction, so the audit trail stays complete. See the Privacy Policy for how data is handled.
4. Item photos
Photos you upload are stored in your own Google Drive and can be opened by anyone holding their link. Upload photos of items only, never documents, faces or personal data.
5. Device permissions
The Application may request camera access (scanning and item photos), notification permission (export progress and access decisions), and network access (synchronization). It does not request storage permission: files are chosen through Android's file picker.
6. Prohibited conduct
You must not:
use the Application for unlawful purposes;
access, or attempt to access, data outside your assigned role or sector;
interfere with, overload or attempt to bypass the security of the Application or its services;
copy, modify, redistribute or resell the Application without the developer's permission.
7. Availability and changes
The developer makes reasonable efforts to keep the Application working, but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may be changed, suspended or discontinued for maintenance, improvement or operational reasons.
8. Limitation of liability
The Application is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the Application.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
10. Changes to these Terms
Updates are published on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continuing to use the Application after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
