Delete Your Barang Gudang Account
You can ask for your Barang Gudang account and its personal data to be deleted at any time, without reinstalling the Application.
How to request deletion
Send an email to eondubz@gmail.com from the email address you use to sign in to Barang Gudang.
Use the subject line: Barang Gudang Account Deletion Request.
Write the full name used in your access request. Requests are verified against the sending email address before anything is deleted.

Data that will be deleted
your sign-in account (Firebase Authentication);
your access request and membership record: full name, employee number (NRK), sector, role and notes;
your approver record, if you were appointed as an approver.
Data that is kept, and why
Inventory records and transaction history you created belong to your organization's official inventory records. They are kept for accountability and applicable record-keeping rules, and transaction history cannot be deleted. Names written in those records, such as requesters and signatories, remain part of them.
Item photos are stored in your own Google Drive. You can delete them there yourself; the items will then appear without a photo.
Security logs and backups held by our service providers are removed according to their standard retention cycle.
Data on your device
Uninstall the Application, or clear its storage in Android settings (Settings › Apps › Barang › Storage). Changes that have not been synchronized yet will be lost.
Processing time
Verified requests are completed within 30 days of verification. You will receive a confirmation by email.
