By creating an account or using Baraka (the "App"), you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility — you must be at least 13 years old.
Marketplace Listings — the App lets users list, discover, message about, and arrange sales directly with other users. Baraka is not a party to any transaction and does not guarantee the condition, safety, legality, or accuracy of any listing. Users are solely responsible for their own listings and transactions.
Halal Directory Information - halal-status indicators (e.g., "verified," "self-declared") shown on the map are for general guidance only and are not an official religious certification. Verify independently with the establishment before relying on it. We are not responsible for the accuracy of third-party or business-submitted halal information.
Prayer Times & Reminders - calculated using standard astronomical formulas and your device's location, provided as a convenience; may differ slightly from your local mosque's published times. Reminder delivery depends on your device's notification/alarm/battery settings and is not guaranteed in every circumstance.
User Conduct - no false/misleading/fraudulent/illegal listings, no harassment or abuse, no infringing content, no attempts to circumvent App security. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
In-App Purchases - processed via Google Play billing, subject to Google Play's own terms and refund policies.
Disclaimer of Warranties - the App is provided "as is," with no guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any listing, halal claim, or prayer time is perfectly accurate.
Limitation of Liability - to the fullest extent the law allows, Baraka and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from your use of the App, including any transaction, dispute, or reliance on in-App information.
Changes - continued use after changes to these Terms means you accept them.
