1. INTRODUCTION
Banner Prompt Pro (“the App”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App uses, how information is stored, and your choices regarding your information.
2. INFORMATION USED BY THE APP
Banner Prompt Pro does not collect information through a developer-operated server, user account system, analytics service, advertising tracker, cookie system, or login system.
The App may use information you enter or select, including:
• Product names and descriptions
• Pricing information
• Selling points
• Perks and trust builders
• Product screenshots or images
• Custom prompt information
• Feedback messages you choose to send by email
This information is used to generate prompt text on your device.
3. PRODUCT IMAGES AND PHOTOS
The App uses Apple’s photo picker to let you select product screenshots or images.
Selected images are temporarily loaded into the App to help prepare your prompt. Banner Prompt Pro does not upload these images to a developer-operated server or store them remotely.
Selected images are removed from the App’s active memory when you clear the form or close the App. Copies remain in your photo library unless you delete them separately.
4. HOW INFORMATION IS USED
Information entered into the App is used to:
• Generate prompt text
• Save prompt history on your device
• Provide purchased features
• Respond to support or feedback emails you choose to send
Banner Prompt Pro does not sell your information, use it for advertising, or share it with analytics providers.
If you copy or share a generated prompt with ChatGPT, Midjourney, or another third-party service, that service’s privacy policy and terms apply.
5. LOCAL STORAGE
Generated prompt history may be stored locally on your device so you can access previous prompts. Prompt history is not transmitted to a developer-operated server.
The App also stores the following information locally:
• Your selected visual style
• The number of free prompts used
• A cached purchase-access status
The free-prompt count and cached purchase status are stored using Apple’s Keychain. Keychain information may remain on the device after the App is deleted and reinstalled.
Purchase eligibility is ultimately verified through Apple’s StoreKit services.
6. FEEDBACK AND SUPPORT EMAILS
If you send feedback or contact support, your message opens in your selected email application and is addressed to:
support.bannerpromptpro@gmail.com
The email may contain:
• The message you write
• Your email address
• Information included automatically by your email provider
Support emails are used only to respond to questions, troubleshoot issues, review feedback, maintain appropriate records, and improve Banner Prompt Pro. They are not sold or used for advertising.
7. IN-APP PURCHASE
The App offers an optional one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase.
Purchases are processed by Apple’s App Store. Apple handles payment and transaction information. Banner Prompt Pro does not collect or store payment card numbers, banking information, or other financial account details.
StoreKit may require an internet connection to load, complete, verify, or restore a purchase.
8. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS
Banner Prompt Pro creates prompt text intended for use with third-party platforms such as ChatGPT and Midjourney.
Banner Prompt Pro is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OpenAI, ChatGPT, Midjourney, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Amazon, YouTube, or any other third-party platform.
When you use a generated prompt with a third-party platform, your use is governed by that platform’s privacy policy, terms, pricing, and data practices. Banner Prompt Pro is not responsible for third-party services or their data practices.
9. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION
You can delete saved prompt history from inside the App.
Deleting the App removes its prompt history and ordinary app storage. Limited trial-status information stored in Apple’s Keychain may remain on the device after deletion.
App Store purchase records remain associated with your Apple ID and are controlled by Apple.
Selected product images are not permanently stored by Banner Prompt Pro.
If you send a support or feedback email, it may be retained for customer support, record-keeping, legal compliance, and product-improvement purposes. You may request deletion of an email you sent by contacting:

10. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
Banner Prompt Pro is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If you believe a child has provided personal information through a support email, contact us so the matter can be addressed.
11. SECURITY
Banner Prompt Pro uses Apple-provided technologies for local storage, photo selection, and purchase processing.
No method of electronic storage is completely secure. However, the App limits the information it handles and does not operate a server that receives your product information, prompts, or selected images.
12. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Policy may be updated when the App’s functionality or legal requirements change.
Updates will be identified by a revised effective date. Material changes will be communicated when reasonably required.
