Welcome to BankWiser Pro! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the BankWiser Pro mobile application (the "Service"), provided by BankWiser Pro ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

BankWiser Pro is an educational mobile application designed to provide study materials for banking professionals preparing for internal promotion exams. Content includes notes, FAQs, MCQs, audio summaries, and interactive features.

2. User Accounts

• Registration: To access full features, you must register using Google Sign-In or Firebase Authentication.

• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account.

• Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

• Free Content: A selection of initial content is free ("Free Launch Content") for the first five months of the year.

• Premium Subscription: Full access requires a yearly paid subscription ("BankWiser Pro Subscription").

• Billing: Managed through Google Play Billing. By subscribing, you agree to Google Play’s payment terms.

• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled 24 hours before the current period ends via Google Play settings.

• Cancellations and Refunds: Subject to Google Play policies; we do not issue direct refunds.

• Whitelisted Access: We may grant premium access to selected users at our discretion. This access is non-transferable and may be revoked anytime.

4. Content Delivery and Updates

• Content, updates, and assets are delivered via Google Play Asset Delivery (PAD).

• An active internet connection is required to download updates.

• We are not responsible for data charges incurred during downloads.

5. Third-Party SDKs and Services

• We use third-party services such as Firebase (Analytics, Firestore, Crashlytics, Remote Config, Cloud Messaging), Google Play services (Billing, Asset Delivery, Play Integrity), and Meta SDK.

• These SDKs may collect anonymized or aggregated usage data, device identifiers, crash reports, and other operational metrics to improve app performance and security.

• No personal data is shared with third parties for marketing purposes. All data collection complies with Google Play policies.

• User-generated data, such as bookmarks, is stored securely on Firebase Firestore, accessible only by the respective user.

6. User-Generated Data and Preferences

• Bookmarks: Synced across devices using Firebase Firestore.

• Theme Preferences: Stored locally on the device and may be lost upon reinstallation.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content, including text, graphics, audio, and software, is owned by BankWiser Pro or its content suppliers and protected by copyright law.

• License: Limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial educational use.

• Restrictions: Do not copy, distribute, modify, or publicly perform content without written permission.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal purposes.

• Reverse-engineer or decompile the app.

• Circumvent content protection or access premium content without a valid subscription.

• Use automated systems ("bots" or "spiders") to access the Service.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." While we strive for accuracy, we make no guarantees about content completeness or suitability for your exam preparation. Use at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

BankWiser Pro is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or revenues, resulting from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time and will notify users by posting the updated Terms in the Service. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the changes.
