Our Bangalore YWCA Guest House is housed in a charming old, colonial building, built in 1823. The Guest House provides safe, affordable accommodation to women, many of them away from home for the first time, on their first job. We are are also a popular choice for family stays as well as for young aspirants coming to Bangalore for the armed forces selections.

Located in the heart of the Central Business District on Infantry Road, we are an easy walking distance to metro stations, major bus terminuses and just 10 minutes from the Bangalore Cantonment Railway Station. The international airport is about an hour away.

You can stroll down to vibrant shopping hubs and restaurants on Commercial Street, Brigade Road, Church Street, MG Road, or take an early-morning jog down Cubbon Road to Cubbon Park or Ulsoor Lake. The Chinnaswamy Cricket Stadium and Kanteerva Athletic Stadium are just a few minutes from us.

One wouldnt imagine to find a place like this in the heart of the busy city. A serene and tranquil place. The building and rooms takes you back into am atmosphere of the old British era. It like staying in a lovely large mansion. The room had a very homely touch to it rather than the normal stiff hospitality decor ,from the cross stitched runners on the dresser , the lovely antique chest of drawers , soft lights by the bed that made the high ceiling look really great. Even the bedcovers had a comfortable and personal touch. Washroom had that personal touch of a home. Extremely clean and tidy. The real icing on this cake was the person who overlooks the entire place Susan. A warm lively, friendly person who has an amazing touch to the culinary art. Her food really didnt make me miss home food. Her warm welcoming smile really is the light that warms up the place. The amazing thing is you wake up to the chatter of children in the campus. It took me back to my disciplined schooldays. Wow!! stay in banglore will always be this warm friendly place . The place you want to come back to, when you are tired after wandering around the busy, noisy city. Its home away from home."

The place takes you back into the British era with all essence from the past. The staffs are just amazing and extremely helpful and cordial. They make sure you are comfortable and happy.
