The registration fee for the conference is R4000 (ZAR). This fee includes:
Participation in the scientific programme
A welcome pack
Coffee and tea breaks with light snacks
A conference dinner (banquet) will also be held. The banquet fee is R1000 (ZAR) per person.
Subject to the availability of funding and sufficient participant interest, we hope to organize an excursion on the free afternoon during the conference. Further details, including any associated costs, will be announced in due course.
The registration fee and banquet fee will be waived for postgraduate students attending the conference. Furthermore, limited funding is available to assist postgraduate students with accommodation. Students wishing to be considered for this support are requested to indicate this in the registration form and to provide the requested information.
Registration forms are processed manually by one of the organizers. Once your registration has been processed, an invoice for the registration and banquet fee, including payment instructions, will be sent to you by email. Please allow a few days for processing.
