Data will only ever be used by the community group the member is associated with.
Data will not be shared between community groups.
Data will not be shared with third parties (medical emergencies are the only exception to this - please see previous section).

Data is only held only on current members of the community group as long as they are current members.
Data on lapsed members is deleted approximately every six months.
Members will be asked to reconfirm their data, and their agreement to hold the data, approximately every twelve months.
