Welcome to BallZone! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the BallZone mobile application and related services (collectively, "Service") provided by BallZone ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

5. Permissions and Device Access

• Notifications – to receive reminders and updates
  
  

• Nearby devices (Bluetooth) – to interact with friends offline
  
  

• Photos/Media – to upload images/videos
  
  

All permissions are optional and can be managed in your device settings.

6. User Conduct

When using the Service, you agree not to:

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for violation of these Terms. You may also close your account at any time via the app or by contacting support.
