About Us

Ballycruttle Farm is located in the rural countryside of Co. Down. It is a 30 hectare arable farm providing wheat, barley and seasonal vegetables. The farm shop is one of the first in its kind providing not only seasonal vegetables and fresh herbs but also grocery refill opportunities to customers.

Ballycruttle Farm provides a zero waste shopping experience and the opportunity to take a walk in the beautiful country. Presently there has been a field planted in sunflowers and there is a walkway made so that people can enjoy the flowers and the wildlife which visit the field for food. These sunflowers have been planted for the Bees, Butterflies and Birds as we work closely with the RSPB.

Ballycruttle Farm has its own apiary, and has been producing small amounts of well sought after honey, beautiful beeswax wraps and has the opportunity to provide a DIY home wax wrap kit.

Ballycruttle Farm also provides fresh edible flowers which can add not only flavour to a meal but will also provide bursts of colours.
