Peter Moran is a partner in the insurance team at Colin Biggers & Paisley and has over 30 years' extensive experience in insurance, reinsurance and commercial litigation. He has expertise in the defence of claims against solicitors and other professionals, as well as a Lawcover panel solicitor for 27 years.
Peter regularly presents papers and seminars to clients and the legal profession and conducts training sessions for regional legal practitioners throughout NSW on good practice and risk management.
