Richmond River Lighthouse (aka Ballina Head Lighthouse) is an active lighthouse on the headland at the northern side of the entrance to the Richmond River.
The Ballina Waterslides are located within Ballina War Memorial Pool, along the Richmond River, at the eastern end of River Street. This aquatic centre contains two giant waterslides, in addition to a state of the art new swimming pool offering a fun day for the whole family.
The Ballina Naval & Maritime Museum is a local maritime history museum located in the town of Ballina, New South Wales in Australia. The museum explicitly houses and records the local maritime history of Ballina and the former mariners that reside in the town.
Not everyone loves the surf, some prefer the calmer waters and Ballina has lots of rivers, bays & lakes. There are plenty of sheltered, quiet and calm waters for families to relax and cool off around Ballina and Lennox Head.
