Staging, lighting, speaker system and floral decoration is available by arrangement

The hall has a well equipped kitchen including fridge/freezer, 2 ovens, microwave, vacuum cleaner, table cloths, cutlery, 150 cups, plates, First Aid kit, emergency light, fire blanket, 2 x hotwater systems, and much more...

It is the closest venue to the Balcairn Cemetery and ideal for funeral gatherings.

Hire charges:

Private events and socials:

Hall hire $20 per hour occupied, including setup and pack out time.
Hourly rate plus $100 premium for events on Saturday or Sunday after 7pm.
Cleaning Fee $100.
Refundable Bond $200 required to cover costs of any damages.

Takeaway hire charge for chairs and tables:

Hire rate: $3 per chair + $10 per table (plus bond $100)

All rates include GST. Ask us about discounts for Financial members.
