POLICIES, TERMS & CONDITIONS
When you book accommodations or services in Balay ni Manang, you accept the terms and conditions outlined below. The terms & conditions herein stated should not be construed to be complete and exclusive.
BOOKING REQUIREMENTS: Guests must book in advance; no walk-ins are accepted unless offered. No downpayment, no reservation. Initial payment is required to secure a booking.
REBOOKING POLICY: Rebooking changes must be made within six (6) months from the time of booking; otherwise, rebooking may not be possible. Rebooking may come with additional fees. Balay ni Manang isn't responsible for cancellations due to events outside our control, including weather changes, accidents, or conditions beyond our control. In such instances, Balay ni Manang requests a reasonable timeframe to fulfill any arrangements or obligations.
Rebooking fee: +200 PHP
CANCELLATION POLICY: Guests are liable to inform us of any changes ahead of time. Failure to do so, forfeits the booking and its reservation fees. Cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival dates are forfeited and the dp is not refundable.
PAYMENT POLICY: All reservation fees are non-refundable and will be deducted upon check-in. Additional fees will be incurred for guests who opt to check in early and extend check-outs. A security deposit of 500 PHP is required at check-in, to secure the dates. Reservation fee for 1 week or more stay: We require a 30% security deposit of the total bill.
Check-out extension fee: +100 PHP per extended hour
CHECK-IN AND CHECKOUT TIME:
Check-in: 2 pm (flexible depending on the availability of the house).
Check-out: 11 pm (the next day)
PAYMENT METHODS: We accept Gcash, Metrobank, and Chinabank.
ARRIVAL: Bookings are held until 6:00 PM on arrival day. Without prior notice, late arrivals will result in released slots and forfeited payments.
EARLY CHECK-IN: Available based on availability, with guests responsible for notifying any reservation changes promptly to avoid cancellation.
DURATION OF STAY: Guests must adhere to their booked stay period. Late stays outside check out hours must be pre-arranged. Early departure does not warrant a refund.
CHECK-OUT: Rooms are to be vacated by 12:00 NN on departure day, unless a prior arrangement is made. Extensions or early departures require at least 4-hour notice, with no refunds for shortened stays.
PERSONAL ITEMS: Balay ni Manang isn't liable for loss due to guest negligence. Valuables should be stored in safe places, and rooms should be locked.
DAMAGE AND REPAIR: Furniture moving or tampering with installations is prohibited. Any damages or malfunctions should be reported for repair. Any loss or damages to property will be charged accordingly.
CONSERVATION: Guests should conserve water and energy by turning off utilities when not in use and keeping doors closed when air conditioning is on.
QUIET HOURS: Peace and quiet should be maintained, especially from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
SMOKING: Prohibited inside rooms for safety reasons.
LIABILITY POLICY: Balay ni Manang shall not be held liable for any personal injuries, illnesses, or losses of property suffered by guests that are not directly attributable to the negligence of our place or its staff. This includes, but is not limited to, accidents or health issues arising from guests' own actions, the actions of other guests, or external circumstances beyond our control.
MANAGEMENT RIGHTS: Management reserves the right to refuse or end accommodation at any time without refund and is authorized to remove belongings from the room of any guest violating terms or compromising safety.
