1. Where are you located?

Balay ni Manang is located at Brgy. San Vicente, Hindang, Leyte.

Nearest Landmark: Along the highway in front of the Barangay San Vicente Waiting shed and evacuation center.

2. Are we allowed to cook/have available utensils? 

Balay ni Manang: YES! Guests can enjoy the unlimited use of our native kitchen equipped with: Refrigerator, Stove, Rice cooker, Griller, Spoon & Fork, Cooking Pans, Ladle & knife, Water dispenser, Plates, Chopping board, Cooking pots, Glass and mugs. (click for more info)

Balay ni Imay: It depends! Balay ni Imay doesn't have full kitchen amenities. There is no stove for cooking, however, you can rent our portable stove. It is good for Alfresco Dining, Grilling Station outside, water heater for coffee. (click for more info)

3. Do you allow walk-in guests?

No, walk-in guests are not allowed because this isn’t your typical hotel/motel setup; each stay is carefully prepared to ensure the house is perfectly clean and welcoming for you. This allows us to ensure everything is just right for your visit, please make reservations in advance of your intended stay. 

4. Do you have a parking space?

Yes, we offer free parking facilities to accommodate both cars and motorcycles for our guests' convenience.

5. What if we are more than  8 person/4 person?

Balay ni Manang: is good for 8 pax/max sleeping capacity limit (including children as a count). If you wish to add more people you have to book our other accommodation options. Kindly message us for more information and availability.

Balay ni Imay: is good for 4 pax/max sleeping capacity limit (including children as a count). If you wish to add more people you have to book our other accommodation options. Kindly message us for more information and availability.

6. Do you accept without reservation/deposit fee?

No, strictly downpayment first only. We require a downpayment to secure your reservation. No initial payment, no booking reservation.

7. Can we do early check-in or late check-out?
​Early check-in and late check-outs are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. Also, we ask for additional charges.

PAYMENT POLICY:

All reservation fees are non-refundable and will be deducted upon check-in. Additional fees will be incurred for guests who opt to check-in early and extend check-outs. A security deposit of 500 PHP is required at check-in, to secure the dates. Reservation fee for 1-week or more stay: We require 30% security deposit of the total bill.

Rebooking fee: +200 PHP

Check-out extension fee : +100 PHP per extended hour

CHECK-IN AND CHECKOUT TIME:

Check-in: 2pm (flexible depending on the availability of the house).

Check-out: 11pm (the next day)
