Clean and scale fish, wash in vinegar and lemon juice. Leave aside in sieve to drain excess water. When drained put into a container, season with black pepper and additional seasonings of your choice. Can be left over night in refrigerator to marinate. When ready to use place in air fryer and add a little oil sprinkle seasoning.
Cut and wash potatoes and squash, par boil for 5 minutes and drain (can be shaken to give a rustic look. Place in air fryer draw 2. Add seasonings and a light spray of oil.
Steam broccoli for 10 minutes, put to one side, stir fry onions, pepper and garlic and add broccoli stir for 5 minutes.
Using dual air fryer, set air fryer to match for both draws, 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
Open draws regularly to check fish and potatoes, shake, turn and return draw.
The last ten minutes if you require a crispy potato and fish, put air fryer on roast.

Heat oil in a pot and add onions, bell pepper, chilli peppers, spring onions, seasonings saute until soft.
Wash rice until water is clear to get rid of the starch. Wash and cut squash, add to pot and stir. Add enough water to cover ingredients.
Put the lid on the pot, when the pot starts to boil reduce the heat allow to simmer for 40 minutes.
Add the petit-pois cover the pot for 10 more minutes until rice is cooked. Fluff the rise up by using a fork
Please note, add personal choices of vegetables in this dish. Coconut milk can also be used
Ideal for a vegan meal. Can be eaten with salad, coleslaw, curries, roast potatoes etc
Dried chick peas (tin chick peas optional)

Chick pea flour or flour of choice (optional)

Seasonings (black pepper, salt, chilli pepper, dried thyme, cumin) of choice
Lemon juice
Add drained and dried chick peas, onions, garlic, celery, peppers to a blender and blend until chick peas resembles bread crumbs
Add seasonings and a squeeze of lemon juice to blended ingredients
Blend until all ingredients have mixed evenly together
Put ingredient in an air tight container and place in fridge to chill up to 30 minutes
Add greaseproof paper inside the draw on top of the air fryer plate.
Once ready to make falafels take container out of fridge and stir mixture
Use a spoon to shape the falafels. Flour hands (optional). Spoon falafel mixture in hand and shape tightly. (I used a small square container lightly oiled)
Place individual falafels in draw leaving space around each one
If mixture is to soft mix a little flour to mixture to help bind
Set air fryer to air fry settings 200 degrees Fahrenheit and set the timer to 15 - 20 minutes.
Can be served with humous or dips and dressing of your choice
Eat with pitta bread, in a wrap or as a side dish
