My name is Bailey Denniger. I have had a passion for Special Education for as long as I can remember. My goal is to help students with disabilities reach their highest level of independence so they can live a purposeful life. After working in a behavior clinic for 3 years, I realized that I wanted to be in the classroom setting. I worked at Lincoln Way East High School as a Paraprofessional for three years, and at Hopewell Academy for one year. I completed my student teaching at two different placements. I started student teaching at Bridgepoint Academy in a transition program, and finished at Caroline Bentley Elementary School in a 6th grade classroom. I plan to teach high school Special Education after completing the education program at Trinity Christian College.
