Dear Friend of the Bahama Community,

We wish to share news about the 8th annual Bahama Day Festival on Saturday, October 28, 2023.  The organizing committee is already at work establishing all the activities that will make this community event a great success.  We are working on children’s activities, educational and vendor booths, food and beverage services, entertainment, a drive in car show, parking, and security.  I invite you to visit the event’s website (www.bahamaruritanclub.com) as we update information leading up to the event.

As a vital part of what makes the Bahama community unique and loved, your assistance is needed to ensure the success of the 2023 event.  Sponsorship donations provided in support of the Bahama Day Festival activities are covered under Section 501(c)(3) tax statute through the event’s host organization BVFD-Bahama Day (Tax ID# 56-6064034).   In addition to the tax benefits from making a charitable donation, your organization will be highlighted in Festival communication materials.  It is with pride that we will let others know of your support.
