About the Founder
Hey Everyone,
Meet Aqsa, a remarkable young woman who launched two businesses while studying psychology. When asked, "Aqsa, how did you manage to switch from being an Amazon VA to embarking on a self-help journey?" she always shares her story:
"Once I started learning about myself, I began valuing, loving, and caring for who I am. I uncovered hidden issues, realizing that I had been codependent on my parents and friends. I used to sacrifice my needs and values to avoid confrontation and maintain peace.
I was emotionally dependent, adaptable to a fault, a people-pleaser, and often experienced persistent antipathy, an obsession with either loving or hating someone. These traits were the biggest barriers to loving myself. They made me feel unworthy, like a loser and convinced me that I wasn’t good enough to flourish.
I had been living in a toxic relationship for ages, with zero boundaries, and didn’t realize the importance of sometimes saying a firm NO. I didn’t understand the teachings of the Quran about emotional resilience, living for oneself, and the importance of taking space when needed for self-protection. I began to see how the stories of Hazrat Yusuf and Hazrat Sarah related to my life.
I resolved my traumas, insecurities, and wounds by delving deep into self-help. I healed and committed to helping others become emotionally independent, intelligent, healed, resilient, and confident enough to face challenges without relying on people or negative emotions.
I had leadership skills from childhood, but 2021 was a turning point. That year was tough, but I became emotionally resilient. I rekindled my leadership abilities, began offering coaching, wrote my evergreen mind workbook, and became an Author.
Through identifying my strengths and reclaiming my leadership position, I found my purpose again."
