We handpick each Buddy based on the individual characteristics and needs of the children in your pod. Each Buddy has a college degree from an esteemed university, work experience and/or a higher level education, and experience working as a teacher, tutor, mentor, or camp counselor.
Parents in each group will have the opportunity to meet their selected Buddy in an introductory Zoom to make sure that they are satisfied with the fit.
