• November 21st - Applications open

• December 21st - Applications close

• January 20th - Application results

• January 25th - Deadline to join Discord server

• February 10th - Initial rough sketches

• March 1st - Check in 1

• May 1st - Check in 2 / Deadline for requesting a second piece

• July 1st - Check in 3

• August 1st - Final submissions

• August 31st -  Zine release

Notes:

We want artists to have as much time as possible to work on their pieces. If anyone needs an extension they can always get in contact with us. However, to make sure that we have enough time to put the zine together, the time to finish the final submission can only be extended until August 7th.

Results of the applications will be sent by email on January 20th

If anyone needs to drop out, please let us know as soon as possible so we can call a backup artist.

Joining the Discord server would make communication easier, but if someone doesn't have an account or is unable to join, they are allowed to send us their check-ins and final submissions through email. 

If this is the case, please remember to inform us before the deadline to join the server (January 25th)
