Spring Break Deals and Packages
PAYMENT:
Cash, Card, and Contactless Checkout is accepted.
Venmo, Cash App, Paypal, or any other form of payment including checks will NOT be accepted.
You MUST come to your appointment with funds to pay for your appointment, if a service is not paid for, you will be charged a $10 inconvenience fee and have 24 hours to pay the invoice in person with cash or remotely via card. If said invoice is not paid within the allotted time given, it will be reported to the appropriate authorities as theft of services
BOOKING:
Clients must be 18+ years of age. If the client is a minor or under 18 years of age, they must be accompanied by a legal guardian.
A valid Credit Card must be provided and kept on file at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This ensures compliance with our cancelation and no-show policies.
A booking fee of 50% is required for any service totaling over $100, to secure your time slot for an appointment.
All required Forms must be completed before your appointment.
Please come to your appointment with a clean face/area that we will be servicing.
CANCELLATIONS, NO-SHOWS, & APPOINTMENT CHANGES:
Cancellations MUST be made via text, email, call, or through the Vagaro app/website.
Appointments can only be cancelled, rescheduled, or modified 24 hours BEFORE the appointment time.
Appointments cancelled or changed after this time will be charged a 50% cancellation fee of the service cost.
We have a 5 minute grace period, but we ask that you not abuse this policy or it will affect your future appointments.
"No-Show" means you did not show up to your scheduled appointment and failed to appropriately notify us within 5 minutes of your scheduled appointment time.
If you No-Show an appointment, you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee and any fees associated with booking will be non-refundable.
If you No-Show a second time you will be banned from making appointments.
FACILITY RULES & SECURITY:
We have a NO-WEAPONS policy at our Facility
No pets or animals are to be permitted in our facility unless it is a service animal.
No Guests or Children are allowed to accompany you during your appointment.
Security cameras are installed at our facility and are appropriately places to view the lobby and entrance areas. We do not have security cameras in the treatment rooms/areas.
If you are in need of help or assistance regarding a domestic dispute or unsafe environment, ask your service provider to "POP A PIMPLE ON YOUR BACK"
We will take you into a locked back room and contact the proper authorities/help center to help you into a safe space.
We also have Hotline information, Fentanyl test strips, and narcan devices located in our bathroom.
