What are our operating hours?
MONDAY 9am - 5pm
TUESDAY 8am - 5pm
WEDNESDAY 8am - 5pm
THURSDAY 8am - 5pm
FRIDAY 8am - 5pm
SATURDAY 9am - 1 pm
SUNDAY 9am - 1pm (Lash extensions only)
Do you take walk- ins?
We take walk-ins every friday from 12-4
Every other day we are appointment only, however, if you call us we will try to fit you in!
Is there a deposit required to book?
We require a payment of 50% of the service total as a booking fee to secure your spot on our schedule.
Refunds are allowed if your appointment is cancelled within 24 hours.
Cash payments will not receive cash refund, but instead, will be transferred to a digital gift card.
What is a patch test?
A patch test is when we put a tiny amount of product onto the clients arm do determine that they are not allergic to any of the products used in the service.
Some services require a patch test; lash lifts, lash tints, brow lamination, and brow henna if requested or there is a contraindication that would require a patch test.
